Am I required to provide personal data?
SECAI360 will only request the data strictly necessary to fulfill the intended purpose. If the data is not provided, the requested service cannot be rendered.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided and obtained during the relationship with SECAI360 will be kept for a maximum of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest, or as required by legal provisions. After that, it will be properly blocked and deleted when no longer necessary.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
In compliance with Article 6.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, the legal basis for processing your data is:

The processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation applicable to the controller, and/or

Data processed by SECAI360 may be shared with third parties when required by legal obligations.
Additionally, SECAI360 has service providers who may need access to data in various business areas (administration, accounting, tax, marketing, human resources, etc.). The relationship with these providers is regulated under Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Data accessed by such providers will only be used for the necessary business purpose and not retained for any other reason.
What are your rights?
Any individual has the right to obtain confirmation about whether SECAI360 is processing their personal data.

Request deletion of data when no longer necessary for the original purpose

Security Measures
SECAI360 adopts the legally required levels of security under the applicable data protection regulations. These security levels also apply to third parties accessing our data under a service contract, in accordance with Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
However, SECAI360 is not responsible for damages caused by third parties who may alter users’ computer systems, electronic documents, or files.
